Chardonnay 2021

Dodon's Chardonnay 2021 is produced from five hand-harvested French and Italian clones grown on Dodon's North Slope. Following whole cluster press, the juice was fermented until dry in French oak barriques and puncheons, 20% new. The resulting wine was raised in barrel for eleven months with regular battonage. 239 cases bottled in March, 2023.
