Chardonnay 2022

Dodon's Chardonnay 2022 was produced from five hand-harvested French and Italian clones grown on Dodon's North Slope. Following whole cluster pressing, the juice was fermented until dry in French oak barriques and puncheons. The resulting wine was raised in barrels for eleven months with regular battonage. 361 cases bottled in August, 2023.
