Drum Point 2021

Dodon's Drum Point 2021 is a blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Chardonnay clones grown on Dodon's North Slope. Following whole cluster press, the juice was fermented until dry using diverse yeasts in French oak barriques and puncheons. The resulting wine was raised in barrel for eleven months with regular battonage. 141 cases bottled in March, 2023.
