Reserve Sauvignon Blanc 2022

Dodon's Reserve Sauvignon Blanc 2022 is produced from grapes grown on the North Slope, a portion of the vineyard consisting of dense marine sediments and compacted oyster shells that enhance minerality.

Harvested by hand on August 29, the fruit was pressed, and the wine fermented and raised for eleven months in French oak barrels with frequent batonnage. 114 cases bottled in August 2023.
