Rosé 2023
Dodon's Merlot-driven Rosé 2023 is produced from hand-harvested fruit from Dodon's South and East vineyards. After destemming and crushing, the saignée was fermented until dry in stainless steel and aged sur lie for five months. 456 cases bottled in March 2024.
