Rosé 2024
Dodon's Merlot-driven Rosé 2024 is produced from hand-harvested fruit from Dodon's South and East vineyards. After destemming and crushing, the saignée was fermented until dry in stainless steel and aged sur lie for five months. 281 cases bottled in March 2025.
