Sauvignon Blanc 2022
Dodon's Sauvignon Blanc 2022 is a blend of five French, American, and Italian clones grown primarily in the West vineyard with an east-west row orientation. Hand-selected between August 29 and September 7, whole clusters were slowly pressed to enhance extraction. The juice was fermented in stainless steel until dry, and the wine aged sur lie for five months. 333 cases bottled in March, 2023.
