Dodon's Sauvignon Blanc 2023 is a blend of five French, American, and Italian clones grown primarily in the West vineyard with an east-west row orientation. Hand-selected between August 29 and September 12, whole clusters were slowly pressed to enhance extraction. The juice was fermented in stainless steel until dry, and the wine aged sur lie for five months. 444 cases bottled in March 2024.
