South Slope 2021

Dodon's South Slope 2021 is a blend of four hand-picked varieties from Dodon's South and East vineyards harvested between September 20 and 28. The fruit was destemmed, sorted, and fermented with pump overs in stainless steel tanks. The wine was then raised for two years in French oak barrels. 65% Merlot, 23% Cabernet Franc, 9% Cabernet Sauvignon, 3% Petit Verdot. 1,419 cases bottled in August 2023.
